About Me
I've been coaching and mentoring for 30 years, and as my sole profession since I completed my ICF training. I was a business owner, manager, and leader of people in the corporate world for over 25 years. Over time, I learned that everyone wants (needs!) to be seen, heard, and understood - including leaders.
Family is central to my life! Married for 33 years, 3 children, 3 grandchildren - my beard is grey, but my heart is young!
In my personal time, I love reading, exercising, playing and watching sports, and trying to keep up with the grandkids.
